Do you want to cultivate a collaborative partnership for self-directed healing?

Natalie Suna, LMSW (she/her)

I’m Natalie. I am a white, cisgender, queer, Jewish woman who has experienced firsthand the opportunity therapy provides to connect and feel deeply understood. I help you bring an awareness of and curiosity about the impacts of systems, historical trauma, and early formative experiences that shape you. Bringing compassion and insight to the belief systems that keep you feeling stuck can facilitate new ways of relating to yourself.

My interests lie in sexuality and relationship issues, depression and anxiety, and self-esteem. In our work together you can expect approaches that allow for connection-making and deepening your relationship to your emotions.

My prior experience in fields such as nonprofit legal services, disaster relief, and retail helped steer me toward a role that privileges empathic connection and presence. I love food-motivated bike rides to different neighborhoods, and days spent wandering around Prospect Park with my dog.
